Ginger Biscuits

Ingredients:

1 Cup Self-Raising Flour

1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar

1  Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

4 Tsp Ground Ginger

1/2 Cup Vegan Butter

3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

How to:

Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix the self-raising flour, bicarbonate of soda, ginger and coconut sugar into a bowl.

Melt the vegan butter over a low heat and pour into the mixing bowl along maple syrup and stir through other ingredients.

Stir until the mixture comes together to form a soft dough.

Make equal size balls and place well apart on the baking trays, then flatten with your fingers

Bake for 12 mins until golden and cracked on top.

Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
