Tahini Oat Energy Balls

Ingredients:

5 Dates

1 Cup Oats

3 Tbsp Tahini

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Pinch of Salt

1 cup Chocolate

How to:

Blitz the Dates into a food processor and the add the oats and blitz again.

Put the tahini maple syrup and salt and blitz again until the mixture is all combine.

Roll into balls and set in the fridge for 2 hours.

When the balls are set melt the chocolate in a heat prof bowl over a pan of boiling water.

Drop the balls in the melted chocolate and then set in the fridge for a further 30 mintues
